There has been a completely new batch of ten motivated and inspiring folk sending me their new fitness goals and endeavours, booking family holidays, planting family vegie gardens, committing to playing with their children more, volunteering time to community causes and working on relating more positively with people.
One amazing women who I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing in person for nearly 18 years, was motivated to cut off her luxurious, waist length hair and has donated it to “Pantene’s Beautiful Lengths Campaign” which uses donated hair to make wigs to support women with cancer. More information about this great campaign can be found by clicking here. She is now sporting a stunningly short bobbed hairdo. Go RG! Love your work!
Incredibly, someone who has been smoking for sixteen years just went cold turkey. How amazing is that?

I love that cut, Lisey. It’s glamorous yet modern. And the name of the cut is priceless. Why does Gwyneth seem so smug? Is it her fake sounding accent? The fact that she write cookbooks but looks like she never eats? Or is it just that ice princess vibe she gives off? I can’t put my finger on it.

I think it’s that we are all secretly jealous bitches MyEyes, lol I kid, I kid. She’s a bit preachy with the healthy lifestyle stuff. I don’t think she is a very good actress so that annoys me. And she is/was friends with Madonna. Which also annoys me because I just can’t imagine Madonna having any friends. (That was a bit nasty) Perhaps I was also annoyed by the fact that she came from a wealthy entertainment family? But I have recently appreciated her talking about post natal depression and miscarriage. She also came out with the nutritional deficiencies she suffered from her strict diet. So she is honest. I like women who share that stuff and promote awareness so there is a bit more respect from me after that. (Coming from me who is sharing my cancer experience with the world lol)

She’s friends with Madonna? That is suspect. Who could be friends with Madonna? You’d just be part of her entourage. I think it might be impossible to have a real friendship with Madonna. She seems like an extremely difficult and self-absorbed woman, even by celebrity standards. So, maybe the part that rankles the most about Gweneth Paltrow is that there is a strong whiff of mismatch between the persona she projects (solid, calm, above it all) and some of her behavior, which smacks of desperate attention-getting and trying too hard. And yeah, I don’t like her acting, either. But even annoying people are not all bad and now I feel a bit sorry for her.
